Adding Lunar simulation capability

Description

Adds integration for the lunar mcmf frame in simsetup.py allowing pyuvsim to simulate telescopes on the lunar surface.
Adds tests that ensure things are working end-to-end.
Require lunarsky>=0.2.2 and pyuvdata>=2.4.3, which led to many other dependency version updates.
Removed a bunch of code associated with older pyuvdata versions that is no longer needed. Biggest change here is removing the uvb_params concept in BeamList objects.

Well, we want to be able to simulate telescopes on the moon too... closes #408 closes #318
