Create these staging environments.
nightly.spriteme.org will reflect svn head (hourly cronjob? or can we have
it update automatically with every commit?).
beta.spriteme.org will be a manual push, but is a place to test stuff out.
Need to figure out a way to make these work - eg, how can spriteme.js
contain a link to http://nightly.spriteme.org/faq.php when fetched from
nightly, but go to http://spriteme.org/faq on the main site?
