SpriteMe recommends spriting background images with the 'background-size' css3 
property (http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-background/#the-background-size). In 
browsers supporting this property, the background image will be scaled and the 
sprite will not be displayed correctly if offsets don't take this into account.
