could you please upgrade Cake reference to v1.0.0?

@AdaskoTheBeAsT this addin is now maintained on https://github.com/cake-contrib/Cake.CsvHelper and this is now being tracked via https://github.com/cake-contrib/Cake.CsvHelper/issues/2
