this isnt very subtly done in PATO. If we make a radiation composition as a child of radiation quality then it should probably also be a child of composition in PATO. hm. needs chewing over.

it's kind of unclear what was decided here, i've assumed that the new class should be subclassof both composition and radiation quality.
