Add zh-TW translate #91

Add Traditional Chinese Translation. Add the 'zh-Hant' locale to enable support for Traditional Chinese language switching within the system settings. Add 'zh-rTW' in the resConfigs.

Hi Tim, thank you very much for this translation. It works and I am able to switch between Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional in the Android app settings. Well done 👍🏻
