To create a new issue:
Put informative description of an issue in the issue name
Write a complete and understandable description of the issue
Label it with labels. NB! Labels with prefix "Urgency" are for really urgent issues. Non-urgent issues will just be assigned a milestone.
Assign a milestone to an issue.
To tell something very important to everyone:
Don't use this tracker, instead write an e-mail into the mailing list. We all have phones on us, but we don't regularly check issue tracker. In case of emergency call. The phone numbers will be posted in the mailing list shortly.
To take charge of getting a certain thing done:
Assign yourself to it using Assign option to the right. Don't assign others to issues unless it's absolutely unavoidable or you have discussed this assignation using a different communication channel.
