This interface has been removed from SonarQube 7.3 per https://github.com/deepy/sonar-crowd/issues/17

I'm afraid this plugin is no longer maintained, check out sonar-scala for a Scala plugin which is under active development.

Thanks @mwz I was aware of that plugin but did not know it has support for coverage.
