Just downloaded it and i cant open it! what file is it in?!?! HOW DO I OPEN IT

It's a zip file. Extract it using Windows's built-in support or a program like 7-zip, then run the "Unity Studio.exe" file. If you accidentally downloaded the source code, you won't have that .exe file inside, so go download the right file from the Releases page.
