Test 3x Cisco Switches from S6 #11

@firestorm228I have 5 x 5 port gigabit switches that can be used.

marking as QA #1, i've acquired 3x Cisco switches from S6 (they are untested as of right now, waiting for console cable to be delivered then I will test)

all three switches have been tested and appear to be operational after password recoveries; we will have to put them through a dry run prior to the A&D with everything setup. I believe they will function as dumb switches when we plug everything in...trust but verify
