I also have the MRC App open And I Have The MRC Calibration app open

I'd recommend installing the following plugin, as Oculus's setup application may run into issues if no camera devices are detected by Windows: https://github.com/CatxFish/obs-virtual-cam/releases/tag/1.2.1

Download and double-click this file to install a virtual camera driver: https://github.com/CatxFish/obs-virtual-cam/releases/download/1.2.1/OBS-VirtualCam1.2.1-Installer.exe

While later versions of OBS include a camera device, the version intended for use with MRC doesn't include this by default.
