Get the hourly passenger flow data of each stops #6

Also, try to find hourly pedestrian flow, traffic flow data.

No hourly data available for now. It could potentially be a bad stats too.

Try to find the hourly pedestrian and traffic flow data instead. If not, halt the implementations of the features #2 that require hourly data and focus on the impact on removing the stop first instead #8.
