Android support is possible. I mainly designed this guide for linux mobile.

Look into running a chroot through Termux

Ok, its been awhile, but i may have gotten it to work! I've installed it but, how do i open steam? I tried running "steam" in the terminal, but it didn't work. Is there some other way?
