This might be asking a lot but it would be the coolest thing in the world.

It would be amazing if when you right click a pokemon, it actually reads out a little bit of info about the pokemon, just like from the anime!

I know it would probably be a hassle though, so no worries if it's just not possible.

Crazy that you suggesting this, cause I was literally thinking about this today! hahah Not sure if that's possible, maybe something with Minecraft narrator is possible

But who knows, it would be awesome if we can use AI to generate Pokedex voice in better devides 👀

That's crazy lmao but hell yeah! It might be possible with AI, without any complexities of having to link to an outside source. As long as you could be able to basically make your own text to speech bot essentially. Like the ones on twitch tv. That way there is no need for anything to be generated on the spot, it would just be pre-existing audio files. Another way could be to just record you own voice and make a bunch of voice lines then use some kind of filter to make it sound closer to pokedex voice. That would be pretty time consuming though of course.

The problem with pre-recording or audio files is another languages. Generating a text to speech would include every supported language

Ahhh that is true. Though you could have other languages as optional downloads, if you're trying to say that the download size is what would be the issue, though I know you might also be speaking about how time consuming it would be. Ultimately I see it would be more of a hassle than just having a Text to speech bot generating everything. Either-way, I wish you luck on a solution!

I feel this is something that'll be added later either way, but compatibility with mons from datapacks

I know that the other Pokedex mod that was only for Fabric allowed for that, but Idk if it's more difficult with Forge or if you'd be able to ask them how they did it? Either way it'd be cool!

The mod is already compatible with datapacks, but for some reason some (or most) datapacks are not properly configured with "implemented: true" on species files. On this case I would just request the datapack author for an update or manually change files.

On Cobblemon discord server you should find my support thread where some people already did it, if you need help.
