Bugfix/tile rotation collision

Description

• Bugfix for tile rotation (should replace anchor cheat-fix with "honest" coordinate adjustments)
• Bugfix for collision rectangle rotation (tested with tiled editor tile with collision rotation by keyboard "z" key)
• Reverted KeyboardActionEvent (however I still think it is good idea to separate logical actions from custom joystic and real keyboard just for clearance).

LGTM! I think that it is not possible chance tile anchor by Tiled. So this is enough!
