Manage the tasks of the notes with the workflow

[x] Component UI: select a file to rollover not completed tasks
[x] Static: Use a regular expression to rollover 0-n tasks files into the new one

This was already achieved with a JS script. We can think about how to create the action:

The source will be the core of the development. As start should be just a file or just a folder
