What happened?

I'm creating relational connections between databases in my vault. I've created three databases: Weeks, Months, and Quarters, where I'm going to capture information about the progress I'm making with projects in my vault. The Weeks DB has only one relational connection--to the Quarters (DB).

I've created the Week file entries: 2023-W44, 2023-W45, and linked them to the 2023-Q4 entry in the Quarters (DB). I double-click on the Quarter (DB) Cell and can select the 2023-Q4 item, then click off of the cell and I can see it listed. The same happens with 2023-W45. If I close and reopen the DB table, the Quarter entries vanish, however, the data is still showing in the individual files: Quarter(DB):: 2023-Q4 (and there are two entries in the file, even though I only added the Quarter item once. I can see the Weeks(DB):: entry in the 2023-Q4 file (it's also doubled).
