$$permissionState is not a function still happen #413

I followed an issued #365 and #352 but $$permissionState is not a function still happen :( I used "angular-ui-router": "0.3.1", Noted: i have checked carefully about declare order of module and injection. Thanks

I am sorry but I can not simply see what is wrong here just by your description. Please put some effort to reproduce it and provide specific dependencies in sample.

Hello actually this issue related to #412 , As your advice in #412 so I think I can not use your library in my project :)
