Keyboard shortcut colliding with Red Arrows plug-in #24

Both Show Red Arrows and Show Stem Thickness use Cmd-Opt-Shift-A. Red Arrows will take precedence because of alphabetical order.

I therefore suggest Cmd-Opt-Shift-S for Show Stem Thickness. Any objections?

Or perhaps only Ctrl-S because combinations of Cmd (or Cmd-Opt, Cmd-Shift) with S are mnemonics for file saving.
