New feature: Add support for Azure TTS

For the following reasons:

1、New text to speech capabilities support, users could choose freely 2、The price of Azure TTS Service is cheaper than Play.ht

The code has been tested both locally and Railway platform.

Still has issue when deploy to Railway, need to sync package-lock.json, check my fork here, it works well
