[VgaTerminal] consider to refactor #137

eg: with an embedded class cursor instead of having those methods mixed in the VgaTerminal:

[ ] aggregating a cursor class
[ ] aggregation a viewport class
[ ] compose with a renderer
[ ] compose with a Window

in the limit of the semantic version possiblity of the scope of the ticket.

doing this ticket would require a major refactor so probably would be done in a major release version.
