keep git repo in sync with azure devops #63

try to build another azure pipeline to keep the git repo in sync, the master on github and the mirror on azure devops.

changes on the "slave"/mirror won't be reflected on the master of course.

but first test that is going out-of-sync after 1 merge or new branch.. (i guess so).
