Deploying using GitHub provider
Creating "appveyor-test-v1.0.310" release for repository "Raffaello/sdl2-vga-terminal" tag "appveyor-test-v1.0.310" commit "2591d45404afcc0391069de09e3763ce0eb7b5a4"...Error creating GitHub release: Provider setting not found or it's value is empty. If secure setting is used please check that value was encrypted (or YAML was exported) while being logged under correct account.
