SIT gesture stops for hand wave or LR arrow keys. Akatar leaps to its feet. Should stay sitting. #283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.SIT an avatar on a seat or on the ground
2.use RAISE HAND gesture, or L/R arrows to look sideways, or any other gesture

3. avatar leaps to its feet

It would be better for avatar to remain seated, so avatar in meeting can raise 
hand without standing up, and can look around without standing up. 

This is just an ENHANCEMENT request

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Any on W7 and WXP... I think it's the same on all versions.

Please provide any additional information below.
