[FR] Url depending on the state #36

Hi,

It would be nice to have the option to have an URL for each of the two states (Healthy and unhealthy), as a lot of the notification services supported by shoutrrr have additional variables available, currently any of those added variables apply to both states.

Hey thanks for the suggestion, I'll try to add this in the next version when I have some time
