My changes to Wynnic Enchantments #10

I've made the following changes:

Updated all mods
Added ToastBegone to remove the vanilla tutorial toasts
Added a modpack settings menu
Added the missing window title and icons
Optimized all image and animation assets
Removed a duplicate from the background slideshow
Removed unneeded gimp project files
