Please add my Croatian translation. I've asked for enabling Croatian translation at Crowdin on Jul 4th, 2021.

@Rafostar Please excuse me. I think it's my mistake. My above mentioned request was to the project at https://crowdin.com/project/manta.

Can you still either merge my PR, or enable Croatian translation on https://crowdin.com/project/clapper and I could then upload the Croatian translation?
