This pull request contains updates of the Russian UI translation.

Hi, thanks for contributing. It seems that someone else was also working on Russian translation using Crowdin before you did :smile: . If there is still something missing/wrong in current translation, please update your PR otherwise if you agree that current translation is good enough I think we can just close this.
