Patch for /autogen.sh #1483

There should be nothing between '==' and strings in order to equality checking 
in "sh" format, spaces belongs to "bash" format.

This patch, solves the problem of cleaning task which is defined in autogen.sh 
with a quiet mistake.
Its very tiny patch, and I know that, but this patch is necessary in order to 
running "autogen.sh" without a problem with mentioned "if" statement in the 
patch.

This is a syntax error! All of versions and platforms.

That is not true. 
This script is used at a lot of platforms and environments (linux, msys, 
msys2...) and nobody except you is claiming problem. Please provide real test 
case.
