nepali font issue #322

In ajax language api, when you choose Nepali as the language:
when you type a fullstop a fullstop is shown while in nepali script .
should be converted to ।

true, हामी नेपाली हौँ. Should look like : 
हामी नेपाली हौँ ।
In nepali script there is rarely any use of a fullstop. So everytime someone 
types a
"." it should be converted to "।"
