Incorrect Macedonian (mk) Keybord Layout #507

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The Macedonian Layout of the virtual keyboard is incorrect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected output: http://tinyurl.com/27b5nly (the official MK layout).
- On the Google Virtual Keyboard the Cyrillic keys Ѕ and З (Latin 
equivalents: Y & Z) are swapped. Please correct this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Google Virtual Keyboard on All OS-es.

The current implementation follow

Does the "official MK layout" you quote follow any national standard or 
international standard?
