What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This link stopped working: 
https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/scriptaculous/1/scriptaculous.js

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ever since the API is up this url served the latest 1.x release of 
Scriptaculous, sites using it are out of luck as of today.

Please fix.
