Attempt to remove the PlugIn for reinstall resulted in a screwed setup #11

Hello everyone. In an attempt to remove the PlugIn for later reinstall (the reason for being the weird file permission in the environment - often shown as question marks), I removed the plugin from the Help -> Install new software, then, stupidly, I deleted all of the Dandelion related files from my system (which I found through find command). Now, the result of this is when I try to reinstall the plugin, I get this error: Screenshot_20221123-081625

Is it possible to solve this? If so, how?

Nevermind, I started from scratch and solved
