Local Dedicated Servers not showing on the Steam Server "LAN" tab #7

I'm running the latest Ark-Server-Creation-Tool on a server at home, but my servers not even showing up on the Steam Server "LAN" tab. Any idea what might be wrong?

Not sure if the recent update has done something but over on Xbox version I can't find my servers on either (via PC) but my friends on Xbox can connect to it. I've tried different PC's and Port forwarding to remedy the issue but nothing seems to work. Anyone else experiencing this?

Good day, I resolved this issue on my end by following this guide:

I installed the certs but still seeing the issue. Can not see the server on my home network on either PS5 or PC but my friends are able to connect just fine. Thoughts?

EDIT: I misread this, I am not trying to see the server through LAN tab in steam. I am trying to load the server through the NON-DEDICATED section in game. Let me know if I need to move this to another issue thread.
