Able to create nonsensical ride times #315

Minimum same-day travel should be ~4-5 hours difference between departure time and return time

Should it always be minimum 4-5 hours, even if the drive is 10 minutes?

@flynnwastaken what's the standard minimum canvass shift?

Standard is 3-4 hours, but a minimum might be only 2, so that would be a reasonable lower limit if we ever want to put one in
