Installation of DECoN failed

Hello, I am trying to install DECoN V2 but I have some issues.
It seems it can't install the package ExomeDepth (error message below from the setup.log file). I tried to install ExomeDepth from github (install_github("vplagnol/ExomeDepth")) but the installation of ExomeDepth also failed.
Does anyone encounter this issue? Is there another way to install ExomeDepth?
