Validate Configuration Input File #16

Currently there is no validation of the JSON config file. This means that if somebody types the wrong name for an input option, that option will be ignored and the default value used instead with no warning. All input arguments must be validated.

Closed. Soon to be replaced with a new input config using INI files.
