Validate JSON configuration options #18

Currently the JSON config is not validated, so incorrect input options are not flagged at the beginning of the program. Write a schema to test the JSON and make sure that any errors are flagged immediately when CoverView starts.

This is done. I didn't use a schema. The JSON config will be replaced soon.
