Program will not start (Error 0xc000007b) #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing the program with the provided link. (v1.91)
2. Running the program.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect for the program to display a window which enables me to browse 
the content of my iPhone. Instead I see an error message. ("The 
application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click OK to 
terminate the application")

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using v.1.91 downloaded from this link: 
http://iphonebrowser.googlecode.com/files/SetupiPhoneBrowser.1.91.exe with 
Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 Build 6001. I have tried running as 
administrator, and in compatability mode for Windows XP SP2. Nothing 
works. :(

version beta works just fine with Vista 64 bit, thankls!!!
