i uninstalled v1.9.1.0 and installed v1.9.3.0 and issue is still there, meaning
iPhone OS 3.0 Jailbroken is NOT found/detected (iTunes does detect it so i know
it's
there) in the bottom status bar it still says "Please plug in your iPhone via
USB. If
it is already plugged in, disconnect and reconnect it." of course i tried
several
time and reboots of phone & laptop.

laptop is running Vista, iTunes v9.0.1.8.
