Unusual filename, transfer halts #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag a file with an accent in it's name into iphonebrowser
          e.g. Éxample.mp3

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that the file would transfer successfully.  
Instead, it freezes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.9.3.0
Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

If transferring multiple files and a file with an unusual filename is in 
the  group, the rest of the files will not be copied.
