TalkBack makes the on-screen keyboard disappear while entering text #441

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a webview, e.g. the one for entering your OneDrive credentials. It may 
occur in other places as well, but I haven't been able to test it.
2. Start entering your credentials in the fields for e-mail and password.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
While entering the data (specially the password), TalkBack makes the on-screen 
keyboard disappear from the screen, as if we have pressed the "Back" button. 
TalkBack should not make the on-screen keyboard disappear while entering data 
with it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TalkBack 4.1.0 on a Samsung Galaxy Express GT-i8730 with Android 4.1.2 
(original Samsung ROM). The keyboard used, as far as I could test, doesn't 
matter - it occurs with each keyboard used.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a regression in TalkBack 4.1.0, because it doesn't occur with TalkBack 
3.5.2 and with TalkBack disabled.
