Could you add the option to disable contextual menu items from extension 
settings, please?

Unfortunately that can't be done straightforward, but I have some ideas how to 
workaround this. i.e. give you an option to enable/disable context menus.

Unfortunately can't enable/disable context menu items programmatically.
I removed "Frankate Page" menu item, renamed "Frankate Selection" to just 
"Frankate" in some version of the extension already. So it must not make much 
clutter now.
