Shortcuts do not initialize for tabs opened on background #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to zerohedge.com
2.Read a while, open up a few pages, frankate different words
3.After a while the shortcut will stop working, only right click->Frankate will 
work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X 10.6.5, Safari 5.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Really a great extension, one of the best around! I really appreciate your 
work. If you could fix this bug, it would make it the most valuable freeware on 
my computer!

Some questions:
1) Do you see this behavior only on the zerohedge.com ? Are other websites 
affected?
2) Did you try to change the shortcut, does that help? (the website, of course, 
can reset shortcuts via javascript and maybe the one you are using is affected)
3) Could you try to check behavior of Google Chrome with Franker extension on 
the same website, does it work for you?

The bug is fixed in the next maintenance release 1.0.2
The binary is not released yet because requires approval from Apple since 
listed in their extensions gallery.
But you can download and install latest build from here: 
http://franker.googlecode.com/svn/release/update/Franker.safariextz
