RunServer enhancements #244

  1. Added the ability to pass user arguments via the query string parameters when running a script by a RESTFUL WS call
  2. Handled Windows' drive letters when setting the script folder of the RunServer via a RESTful WS call
  3. Sikuli script that requires two user arguments. Can be used for testing and/or as an example.
