Link to a specific song in song sharers #11

Currently the button to tweet a song includes a generic link to http://raibaz.github.com/wrltzr/ in the tweet, it would be good to add the song artist and title in the tweeted url in order to automagically start a search when reaching the url and (hopefully) have users clicking on the tweeted link immediately listening to the tweeted song

Added the query parameter in the tweet text and the code to decode it.
