Vibrate only relevant hand when doing things.

[ ] Probe / other tools on right hand
[ ] Black hole pulsing
[ ] Orbs on right hand
[ ] Interactive object focus pulse on right hand
[ ] Touching head flashlight
[ ] Touching tools

Use sounds as vibration source?

On Vive wands at least, the vibration strength is uncomfortably high. I'd consider capping the strength at maybe 75% of what it is currently.

@Z5aI69A61 Thanks for the feedback. I'll make a separate issue for it. I can't seem to find a way to control the vibration strength on Oculus either, though...
