Add support for the GameMaker engine #192

There are many games that use the GameMaker Studio engine (Undertale, Hyper Light Drifter, Hotline Miami etc.) and it would be really great if Rai Pal was able to detect this engine as well. The UndertaleModTool is also used as a universal modifier/decompiler of GameMaker games (depending on the version) and would be nice to have available in Rai Pal.
