Suggestion: Show also Item Level #156

Hello all,

thanks a lot for your great Addon!!

Would it be possible to gave us the option to see the item level in your Tooltips? In a big guild rooster it would be great if you have the option to see next to the raid progress also the item level of your guild members while hovering over them.

It is absolutely crucial to show item level. If someone has a score of 1670 and a best run of m15 and a best run in this dungeon of m14, but most of his runs were carries, I'd like to see that they only have an item level of 268 before I let them join my m15 group or I join their group. Item level gives me a much better idea about their relative power than any of the information you currently give.
