Migration from subgraph to subsquid
Enable the subsquid for quicksync-v2(sepolia testnet)

Added Sepolia in to railgun-txids and the balances-live.test, see #74

In the future: I think the .graphclientrc.yaml can be shared between railguntx-ids and quick-sync folders now, since they both use the same subsquid endpoints (since each "squid" handles both datas).
